I think its important for us to build communities of like-minded people online, but its equally important for us to build community in our local areas. I’ll be hosting freedom events here in Colorado, and doing what I can to build the Tribe on the ground.

Going to start a better selfcare practice starting with simply getting more and better sleep and doing a daily meditation. Going to start with 20 minutes. No more staying up all night and just expecting I’ll be able to handle that.
