Got an early exercises in today, and I’m glad it went well. Meeting with my therapist went well too. Recently I have achieved a sort of mile stone in my life. Lately I have been getting over anxiety that has been the worst that it has ever been. I have been working on it pretty diligently though, and recently I have overcome a large part of my timidity after ritually sacrificing it on Beltane. The journey continues but I am very hopeful.
