The lesson we can learn from these 10 individuals is that it’s important to take care of yourself first so you are in a great state when you approach your day.
Be proactive not reactive. Set yourself up for success, anything you can do to take the pressure off yourself and feel more competent and control of your life situation is what you need to do.
Tony wakes up every morning and immediately jumps into a hot and cold pool. He says it wakes him up and kicks his nervous system into high gear. Another added benefit is it strengthens your will power.
After that he goes through a process he calls “priming”, which includes a combination of meditating and visualizing along with an hour of working out. Tony is a true champion of the Freed Culture principles and is a great role model for anyone to base their habits off of.
two hours before any events in the day
he works out for 45 minutes a day and has a healthy breakfast
avoids coffee drinks water orange juice or green tea
avoids criticism, avoids the news

Wears the same clothes every day, cuts down on decision fatigue so he has one less decision to make
Works out every morning and is on the treadmill for an hour. He watches the reaching company at the same time.

Woke up at 4:00am and proactively meditated on what he was going to do that day and what he wanted to accomplish. What good should I do this day?
